PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put remaining power converting devices in equal charge of electric power that a system requests by multiplying the reciprocal of the ratio of the number of operating power converting devices to the total number of converting devices by a power supply command value per device, even if some of power converting devices get out of order. SOLUTION: A detector 12 outputs the number K of operation a power converting devices to a divider 13. The divider 13 divides the total number N of the power converting devices S1 to Sn by the said number K outputted by the detector 12 and outputs the division result N/K to a multiplier 14. The multiplier 14 multiplies the said division result N/K outputted by the divider 13 by a power command value P* per device from a power command input part 11 and determines the multiplication result P*.N/K as the power command value of the power converting devices S1 to Sn . Then the power command value P*.N/K is outputted to the power converting devices S1 to Sn .
