PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently allocate elements to sets meeting restriction conditions related to a combination of elements and to decrease the sets as much as possible. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an input means 1 which accepts the input of restriction conditions regarding a combination of elements, an element selecting means 3 which sorts elements according to a specific standard and selects one of them, an evaluation value calculating means 4 which calculates an evaluation value for evaluating whether or not one selected element would be allocated properly to respective sets, a combination determining means 5 which adds a new set and selecting elements, one by one, in sorting order when there is no set where the element should be allocated, and which calculates an evaluation value to determine the allocation of the elements in order, and a combination result output means 6. |
