The method is used in human medicine in surgical treatment ofearly mammary gland cancer. It facilitates the operation in theaxillary armpit region for the precision performance of theaxillary dissection. By the method, the quadrant is eliminated inwhich the tumour formation is situated together with the fasciaof the large breast muscle. The small breast muscle is resectedand electroexcised together with the interpectoral lymphaticglands. There follows axillary dissection of the three levels.1 claim
