PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make reception operation efficient by preventing an illegal act and simplifying and automating the reception operation at a polling place. SOLUTION: Information on a voter's name, etc., including a face photograph which is entered into a polling place admission ticket such as an ID card is read by an admission ticket reader 25 and the read result is matched against a voter's name list in a voter data base storage device 24 by a computer main body 21 to automatically identify the voter. When the voter is identified by the matching, a polling card is issued by a polling form issuing machine 26. Consequently, the need for conventional manual retrieval from a list of voter's names and the need to hand polling cards aver to voters are eliminated to automate reception operation. Further, no polling card is issued for an inadequate voter, so illegal polling can be prevented. |
