PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic part with a safety valve capable of being manufactured in a shorter time than conventional one, having the safety valve with high precision and a breaking pressure without dispersion. SOLUTION: This pressure break sensor 1 is equipped with a safety valve part Z formed as a part of a lid 4 and set to break with the increase of an internal pressure over a prescribed valve. The safety valve Z is composed of a projection 4f formed by projecting a part of the lid 4, and a connection 4g formed on the root of the projection 4f for connecting the lid 4 to the projection 4f, and the connection 4g is composed of a thinner wall than that of the projection 4f. |
