<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attenuate frequency component having an effect as a silencer of pulsation components occurring in a piping in a closing space, by returning coolant flowing into the closing space reversely at one closing end and at this time reversing the phase and mutually offsetting each other. SOLUTION: In an air conditioner constituted with an indoor unit having an indoor heat exchanger and a fan, and an outdoor unit having an outdoor exchanger, a compressor, and a silencer 28 for reducing noise or pulsation occurring in a piping through which coolant flows, a ring-shaped space S1 of which one end is closed by arranging a shrinking tube portion 32 in substantially parallel in the piping and blocking a gap between the tip of the shrinking tube portion 32 and a connecting piping 30 is formed in the silencer 28.</p> |
