PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the adhesion of charged powder to the place excluding a pattern and the falling off by equipping a camera device with first and second photoreceptors, and charging the place excluding the circuit pattern of the second photoreceptor with charge reverse to the charged powder for circuit formation. SOLUTION: The surface of the first photoreceptor 11a is charged into negative with the first corona charge 12a. The surface of the first photoreceptor 11a is irradiated with the first laser beam 13a, and a latent image pattern where charge is eliminated is made on the surface. The charged powder 14 for circuit formation charged into negative is stuck onto the latent image pattern onto the latent image pattern at the surface of the first photoreceptor 11a by electrostatic power. Positive charge of reverse polarity to the charged particle 14 is given to it from the rear of a ceramic green sheet 16 with a first transcriber 17a. Image is developed on the latent image pattern with it, and the charge powder 14 is transcribed onto the ceramic green sheet 16. The surface of the second photoreceptor 11b is charged into positive with the second corona charger 12b. The unnecessary charged powder charged in negative and transcribed on the ceramic green sheet 16 is sucked and removed to the place charged in positive with the second photoreceptor 11b. |
