HANDWRITTEN CHARACTER INPUT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a front of the font size corresponding to the size of an input character by handwriting input of different font size without the need to specify a font size by a font setting function. SOLUTION: A memory 1 (4) stores items of low frequency of rewriting, a memory 2 (5) stores items of high frequency of rewriting as compared with the memory 1, and a memory 3 (6) is used as a work area mainly for a program stored in the memory 2. Through a handwriting input process stored in a memory 2, a font of the size corresponding to the size of handwritten characters inputted to a handwriting input frame is displayed. Namely, when large characters are handwritten and inputted, a large font is displayed and when small characters are handwritten and inputted, a small font is displayed. Consequently, handwriting input of different font size becomes possible.
