PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multi-room air conditioner with a simple structure and capable of selection of an air conditioning mode from an indoor unit side, fabrication with less cost, and coping the a change of numbers of rooms for air conditioning easily. SOLUTION: Indoor units 7 inside plural rooms are connected to a heat source unit 1 for supplying chilled and hot water. Each of the indoor units 7 is provided with each of indoor unit-operating units 12 for demanding supply of the chilled and hot water of a required temperature to the heat source unit 1. An indoor unit controller 11 for controlling the indoor units 7 according to a temperature of the chilled and hot water supplied and a heat source unit controller 6 for setting the temperature of the chilled and hot water are provided. Further a heat source unit controller 2 is provided for controlling output of the heat source unit 1 according to the required temperature of the chilled and hot water by supply demands from the indoor unit-operating units 12. Thereby a signal system between the indoor units 7 and the heat source unit 1 is allowed not to be directional, and an air conditioning mode is selected by the indoor unit-operating units 12, and required air conditioning action is obtained by the chilled and hot water. |
