A second upper ring (2) is embedded in a first lower ring (1). The housing (3) is derived from a hollow spherical body, in which the light bulb is accommodated, and which can be rotated about a diametral, virtual axis. The lower ring has a radially protruding part (4). The edge (5) of the protruding part (4) at its outer circumference is bent vertically upwards. So that in conjunction with an upturned edge at the inner circumference of this ring, a ring-shaped slot is formed. The slot accepts the section of the upper ring, which is equipped at diametrically opposite places with conventional means for fixing the complete set at the ceiling.
