The method for protecting plants from frost requires the production of a flow of air which can be oriented towards the vegetation. It consists of producing laminar air flow (4) , directed roughly parallel to the plane PP', formed across the tops of the vegetation, and which extends from the source of the air flow within a vertical space defined between the ground (5) and the plane PP'.
