PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a shaft or the like in a state of being attached with each element of a gear and so on, so as to be takable to the outside of a vehicle, in a state that a transmission body is mounted on this vehicle. SOLUTION: A relatively wide opening 30 is installed in at least one side part opposed in the axial direction of a transmission, and both bearing members 26 and 28 of respective shafts 14 and 9 are held by a cover 31 covering this opening 30, whereby only these shafts 9 and 14 in a state of being attached with each element are takable to the outside of a vehicle from a transmission case 29A, and thus those of disassembly, repairing and replacement in this transmission become facilitated.
