摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To write in information with a beam and to reproduce it with an OROM being next generational optical disk device by providing a lens layer consisting of plural lenses for reading the data of plural data units irradiating one surface of a substrate, and providing a recording layer on the other surface side of the substrate. SOLUTION: This medium is constituted of the lens layer 4 provided on one surface of the substrate 2 and the recording layer 6 provided on the other surface of the substrate 2, and tracking for inducting a recording beam is provided between the substrate 2 and the recording layer 6. The recording layer 6 is provided with a function that transmissivity for a reproducing beam of an irradiated part is changed by irradiating a laser beam being the recording beam. The information is recorded by the change of the transmissivity before/ after the irradiation of the laser beam. Thus, the recorded information is irradiated by the reproducing beam such as an LED, and the beam is transmitted through the lens, and the transmission beam is read by a CMOS image sensor as an image, and the image is digitized to be reproduced.
