PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate power with high efficiency, without containing CO2 in exhaust gas by driving a gas turbine with the high-temperature exhaust air and exhaust fuel from a fuel cell, and driving a steam turbine with heat exchanged high-temperature, high-pressure steam. SOLUTION: A gas turbine 105 is driven by the combustion gas containing the oxygen 16, removed of nitrogen 17 from the exhaust air 14 of a fuel cell 101 by an air separator 116 and cooled exhaust fuel 4b. A steam turbine 107 is driven by through the steam heated by the high-temperature exhaust fuel 3b and the exhaust air 14 from the fuel cell 101. Hydrogen fuel 1b is heated by a first-stage fuel heat exchanger 117 and is mixed with a recirculation fuel 5 from an exhaust fuel recirculation blower 118, is heated by a fuel heat exchanger 111, and fed to the fuel cell 101. The exhaust fuel 3b heating inlet fuel 2b in the fuel heat exchanger 111 is guided to a third stage heat exchanger 119 and heats feed water into steam 32. Part of the steam 32 is fed to the hydrogen fuel 1b, and the remainder is fed to a gas turbine inlet combustor 104. |
