摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medium which enables good writing or printing without bleeding of ink by forming an ink accepting layer containing a cationic dye fixing agent in a UV-curing resin on the opposite face to the face where a reproducing light enters. SOLUTION: This medium consists of a transparent substrate 1 of a polycarbonate resin or the like having spiral trucking guide grooves, on which a recording layer 2 comprising dyes or the like, a reflection layer 3 of metals such as gold, silver and aluminum, a protective layer 4 comprising a UV-curing resin or the like, and a printing face color layer 5, and further an ink accepting layer 6 are formed. The ink accepting layer 6 is formed by compounding a cationic dye fixing agent such as benzalconium chloride in a hydrophilic resin such as a copolymer of polyvinylpyrrolidone and acrylic acid and mixing the resin with a UV-curing resin, and then applying the mixture on the printing face color layer 5. Thereby, when an ink is deposited and absorbed by the ink accepting layer 6, ionic reaction is caused to change the layer into an insoluble material, which prevents bleeding of the ink.
