PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely suppress the common mode voltage of an inverter without the use of active elements, such as a transistor. SOLUTION: The primary side of a neutral point detecting transformer 5 is connected between an inverter 3 and the primary side 61 of a common mode transformer 6. One end of the secondary side 62 of the common mode transformer 6 is connected with the neutral point of the neutral point detecting transformer 5, and the other end is connected with the middle point of two capacitors 4 connected with the direct-current bus of the inverter 3. |
