PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent musical sounds or the like based on generated waveforms from being unnatural even in the change of a reproduced musical scale by providing a reproduction means or the like for generating the reproduced waveforms by changing the musical scale corresponding to musical scale information and changing a formant corresponding to formant information. SOLUTION: A CPU 1 performs entire control such as the control of a digital signal processor(DSP) 6 and the state detection and processing of a manipulator group 2 or keyboard device 3. The DSP 6 performs the reproducing processing or the like of waveform data in a waveform memory 7 through digital processing and generates the reproduced waveforms by changing the musical scale corresponding to the musical scale information and changing the formant corresponding to the formant information. Since the formant of the reproduced waveform is changed by formant control information but that formant control information is changed corresponding to the reproduced musical scale, the formant can be changed so that the musical sounds or the like of reproduced waveforms can not be unnatural even in the change of the reproduced musical scale. |
