PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a peeling failure from occurring, to eliminate production stop owing to the peeling failure and to improve productivity by deforming a stamper in the range of elastic deformation and simultaneously peeling from inner and outer peripheries of a base. SOLUTION: By a structure in which an outer peripheral holder 113 and an inner peripheral holder 112 move vertically against a stamper recording face and this die that has an outer peripheral stamper pressing part 118 in the outer peripheral holder, it becomes possible to start an opening with the stamper stuck to a base and to peel the stamper from the inner and outer peripheries of the base while deforming within the range of elastic deformation and the occurrence of a peeling failure and cloud is eliminated. |
