WRITING IMPLEMENT TYPE COORDINATE INPUT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct an error due to a change in the attitude of a writing implement type coordinate input device though the tip of the device is stopped on a writing plane or an error included in a displacement time measuring means such as an acceleration sensor and to improve the accuracy of calculation for the locus of the device tip. SOLUTION: The input device is provided with a contact state judging means 30 for judging a state that the tip of the input device is brought into contact with a writing plane but is not moving and an operation means 41 for correcting an error included in the displacement time measuring time 10 such as an acceleration sensor so that the moving distance of the device tip becomes zero.
