PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a method for dyeing ginsenocide Rb1. SOLUTION: Through the use of a monoclonal antibody (MAb) to ginsenocide (Rb1 (GRb1), which is the main component of medicinal ginseng, ginsenocides expanded on a thin layer chromatograph(TLC) are transferred to a polyvinylidene difluoride(PVDF) film, and ring cleavage is performed on sugar sections of the ginsenocides by sodium periodate to form protein and a conjugated body. Adsorption to the film is performed by this operation, an antigen- antibody reaction is performed by anti-GRb1MAb, a peroxide-labeled secondary antibody is added, and hydrogen peroxide and a matrix are added to cause the ginsenocides to develop colors. On the other hand, a section of the organ of medicinal ginseng is coated with a PVDF film, ginsenocides are transferred to the film, the film is treated by procedures similarly with TLC to cause the ginsenocides to develop colors.
|
