<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lead in an outdoor wire for a subscriber in a hollow telegraph pole from the upper and middle part of the hollow telegraph pole by above ground operation and to prevent birds from entering an opening for leading into the outdoor wire for a subscriber. SOLUTION: A hole 3 is formed at the upper and middle part of a hollow telegraph pole 1, and an elbow 5 with a flange that has a flange part 9 at one end of an elbow part 7 and where a surface from the inner surface of the elbow part 7 to the outer surface of the flange part 9 is in a smooth curved surface shaped into a trumpet shape is mounted to the part of the hole 3, so that the flange part 9 is located outside the hollow telegraph pole 1 and the elbow part 7 is located inside the hollow telegraph pole 1. An opening for operation with an opening/closing lid is provided at the lower part of the hollow telegraph pole 1, a guide pipe 23 is connected to the end part of the elbow part 7 in the hollow telegraph pole 1, the guide pipe 23 is pulled down into the hollow telegraph pole, and the lower end of the guide pipe is located near the opening part for operation in the above. A flexible sheet 43 in a warm reed screen shape for regulating the opening area so that no birds can enter is mounted to the opening 11 formed into the trumpet shape of the elbow 5 with a flange.</p> |
