A pin on V-blocks tester for testing wear resistance and the resistance to galling of construction materials which contains a mobile counter-specimen in the form of a shaft pressed by specimen in the form of V-blocks, and a control and measurement circuit. The rotating counter-specimen in the form of a shaft (3) is mounted in the seat of a spindle (13) via a pin (14); the spindle (13) is powered by a motor (1) via a known system of two belt transmissions (2) with cogbelts; at the other end, the spindle (13) has an off-centre pin (15), on which a ratchet (16) is sliding on bearings; the ratchet (16) is geared with a ratchet-wheel (7) tied rigidly with a rigging screw (8) screwed into nuts (17 and 18); the nut (18) presses down the spring (9) which, in turn, presses down, via a known load transducer (20) of the friction node and self-adjusting insert (19), loading levers (6) placed on bearings in the head (25) and tied rigidly with jaws (4); in the cylindrical seats of the jaws (4), specimens (11 and 12) are placed loosely and they press the counter-specimen (3); an arm (21), which has a contact with the converter of resistances to motion (10), is connected with the head (25); a control and measurement circuit (U1), composed of four parallel circuits (O1-O4), whose outputs are connected in series with an interface (41) and a computer (43) via a port (42), contains the first circuit (O1), whose input is connected with a transducer of the friction node load (20), which is composed of a series connection of an amplifier (26), an a/d converter (27) and an impulse counter (28); the second circuit (O2), whose input is connected with the extensometric transducer (10), composed of a series connection of an amplifier (29), an a/d converter (30) and an impulse counter (31); the third circuit (O3), whose input is connected with the rotations detector (22), composed of a series connection of a receiver (32) and an impulse counter (33); the fourth circuit (O4), whose input is connected with a temperature transducer (23), composed of a series connection of an amplifier (34), an a/d converter (35) and an impulse counter (36), and the control circuit (U2), composed of two parallel circuits (O5 and O6)... |
