High pressure laminated material comprised of a plurality of kraft paper sheets (10) impregnated with phenolic resins, at least one decorative layer (20, 20'), at least one high abrasion resistance coating (30, 30') and a first barrier (40), the assembly being compacted at high temperature and pressure. It is characterized in that it is further comprised of at least a second barrier (50, 60) incorporated to the assembly before compaction. Conveniently, said second barrier (60) is arranged between two paper kraft sheets (10) or between the decorative layer (20) and the first paper kraft sheet (10). To a large extent, the deformation of the material is avoided in any dampness and temperature conditions.
