The structure is comprised of a board (1), a pair of elongate seats arranged collaterally to the board (1) and a pair of frames (3) to which are hinged simultaneously the board (1) and the seats (2), the assembly forming an articulated parallelogram which enables the folding towards the rest position in which said assembly comprised of the board (1), seats (2) and frames (3) remains in vertical back-to-back position with respect to a wall, or unfolding the assembly to a utilisation position wherein the board (1) and the seats (2) are in a horizontal position, the seats being at a lower level with respect to the board in order to fulfil their function as seats.
