The dispenser for liquids and powder has a hood (1) which can be removed from the container (3), containing a compressible pump (2). It can be directly under a lever (4), with a pivot axis (7) between a spout (6) and the pump (2) at the hood (1). The leading end (5) of the lever (4), in the rebound position, seals the spout (6) at the hood (1). Alternatively the pump, as a bellows (2.1), is a component of the hood. The matching spout is automatically closed by a separate or shaped slit valve.
