PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently retrieve such as object period that is not a date, but a specific activity day, a specific activity month or a specific activity year through simple condition setting in the case that an action day for starting a process (action) is retrieved when the specific object period comes round. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a period condition registering means 4 which registers extraction source data 2 consisting of process data including date data and a condition of retrieval of process data from the extraction source data 2 as a period condition including the kind of the data constituting the date data and a period information extracting means which retrieves date data included in the extraction source data 2 according to the data kind set in the period condition and which extracts the corresponding process data.
