<p>A working robot for heat exchanger comprising a robot main body (21), wherein the robot main body (21) is carried in a water chamber (2A) of a condenser (1) and disposed on a tube plate (4) through which a number of thin pipes (3) are passed, an inner nozzle (23) is inserted from a working device (24) provided at the tip end of four doubling arms (22a to 22D) into the thin pipes (3) so as to fixedly position the robot main body (21), an arm rotating motor (25) and an arm telescoping cylinder device (26) on the doubling arms (22a to 22D) are driven so as to move the robot main body (21), a cleaning brush (12) and a flaw detection probe (13) are inserted from the working device (24) and moved by cleaning water along the thin pipes (3) so as to perform cleaning and inspection, and the inner nozzle (23) is extracted from the thin pipes (3) with three doubling arms (22a to 22D) fixed to the thin pipes (3) so as to move the working device to the next thin pipes (3).</p> |
