Penile enlargement device comprising a rigid tube (1) having a closed end an d a restricted opening (6) for receiving a penis at the other end. A selective ly closable opening (2) is provided on the tube. In use, as a penis is inserted through the restricted opening (6), air is expelled through the selectively closable opening (2). Relative movement between the tube (1) and the penis increases the vacuum within the tube (1) enhancing the flow of blood into th e penis, and thereby increasing the stiffness of the penis.
