<p>A method of manufacturing a sintered body for a thermoelectric conversion element for providing a thermoelectric conversion element excellent in productivity, high in mechanical strength and excellent in thermoelectric conversion characteristics; a sintered body for a thermoelectric conversion element produced using the method; and a thermoelectric conversion element using the sintered body; the method comprising mixing and crushing powder containing Bi, Te and Sb and powder containing Bi, Te and Se in an oxidation-controlled atmosphere, drying the mixed and crushed product and sintering the dried product in an inactive atmosphere to obtain a sintered body for a thermoelectric conversion element consisting of fine crystal grains with suitably oxidized surfaces.</p> |
