PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the service life of an IC card for a safe by selecting the IC card whose value information after reading out becomes zero and becomes nearest to an upper value in the case of writing so as to mutually suppress the number of value transferring times of the IC card. SOLUTION: In receiving a money input/output processing request including value information from ATM (S1), it is judged whether input or output processing is requested (S2). In the case of a money outputting request, a safe IC card whose value information after fetching value information becomes nearest to zero is selected by using a tree structure (S3) and value information is fetched from the safe IC card to be transmitted to an ATM (S5) to update the tree structure (S6) to write value information in a customer card. In the case of a money inputting request, the safe IC card whose value information after fetching value information becomes nearest to a limit is selected by using tree structure (S4) and value information is written in the selected safe IC card (S5) to update the tree structure (S6). |
