The discharge appliance (8) has a filter (11) through which the waste air or gas passes from the pneumatic appliance. At least one air tube (4) has a double pipe (4a,4b) and connects the pneumatic appliance to the source of inflowing air (2b). One pipe (4a) leads to, and the other pipe (4b) leads from, the pneumatic appliance. An extra tank (2a) is between the pneumatic appliance and the source of inflowing air.
