Heat exchanger fabrication method

The device is manufactured from a formed heat exchanger wall (2) with vertically projecting heat guide ribs (3). In further stages, apertures (4)/recesses are formed in the guide ribs by removal of material in a direction at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the ribs. Material is removed by drilling or sawing in several stages. Preferred Features: The guide ribs are of gradually increasing height, and have a thickness decreasing in a direction away from the wall. The heat exchanger has a fluid guide channel. It is manufactured by injection molding, and is of metal preferably aluminum.
