The arrangement has a disc shaped plate main body with a spring support section (36) surrounding an axial carrying part (36a), and a pair of circular end carrying parts (37). The end carrying parts support both ends of the coil spring (16). An extended hole (36f-g) is formed on the inner edge corners of the axial carrying part. The support sections are arranged in a circular fashion and the holes are oval shaped.
