PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent touch panel with good visibility, used for display parts and operation parts of various electronic equipment, capable of preventing occurrence of a Newton ring. SOLUTION: A transparent touch panel 24 includes lower electrode board 22 having a thermal shrinkage of 0.1% or less and pasted to the whole upper surface of a support 23 having a thermal shrinkage of 0.3% or less and a thermal shrinkage difference of 0.2% or less from the lower electrode board 22 and an upper electrode board 21 having a thermal shrinkage of 0.4% or less and a thermal shrinkage difference of 0.3% or less from the lower electrode board 22 and pasted to the lower electrode board 22. In this way, the transparent touch panel with good visibility is obtained which is capable of reducing warping of the lower electrode board 22 and the support 23 due to heat and the waviness of the upper electrode board 21 due to heat and preventing the occurrence of a Newton ring.
