<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for safely producing nitrogen oxide at a low cost. SOLUTION: Nitric acid and activated carbon are reacted to produce nitrogen oxide. Or reacting nitric acid and activated carbon produce nitrogen oxide, and produced nitrogen oxide is supplied to the reprocessing process of nuclear fuel to reprocess the nuclear fuel. Or nitric acid and activated carbon are reacted to decompose nitric acid. Nitrogen oxide can be produced by inexpensive material of activated carbon and nitric acid, and further since a large-scale facility is not needed, the production of nitrogen oxide can be realized at a low cost.</p> |
