<p>Percutaneous absorption preparations which contain estradiol as the active ingredient together with a base ingredient composed of N-vinylacetamide copolymers containing as the major components N-vinylacetamide and a polymerizable monomer having a COOM group (wherein M represents hydrogen, an alkali metal salt or an ammonium salt), glycerol, glycols, fillers, pH regulating agents, crosslinking agents, penetration accelerators and surfactants. These preparations liberate estradiol continuously over a prolonged period of time, little irritate the skin and are excellent in the sticking to the skin.</p> |
