A multifunction rolling mill for H-steel comprising a pair of right and left vertical rolls comprising flange thickness rolling rolls and a pair of upper and lower horizontal rolls comprising a web thickness rolling roll part and a flange width rolling roll part installed, movably in a vertical direction, on both ends of the web thickness rolling roll part through a moving back mechanism, the flange width rolling roll part of the horizontal roll is moved vertically when the flange thickness rolling and web thickness rolling for H-steel are performed by the vertical rolls and horizontal rolls so that the flange width rolling roll part of the horizontal roll does not interfere with the vertical roll.
