<p>Compounds represented by general formula (1), their salts, or solvates of both, and drugs containing the same, wherein A represents linear or branched alkylene; R1 represents hydrogen, hydroxy, alkoxy, alkyl, etc.; R2 represents hydrogen, alkyl, etc.; R3 represents hydrogen, alkyl, etc.; and R?4 and R5¿ are the same or different and each represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, etc. Because of having an inhibitory effect on the growth of viruses, these compounds are useful as remedies for AIDS.</p> |
