The system has at least one multiple-axis, program and sensor-controlled robot in interactive connection with at least one manned control point. The robot performs its functions fully automatically until the visitor or the control point operator takes over control of the robot with an appropriate control. The robot and control center are spatially separate and connected either via a wired or wireless communications system.
