<p>The invention concerns a contact element strip wherein the contact elements have a spacing step and comprise a contact element having a connecting portion (18) and a plug-in portion (16), and a frame (24). The strip comprises two frame strips (24) supported by a bearing strip (26) with spacing equal to twice the spacing step of the contact elements, overlapping and stacked such that the frames (24) alternate and form a series of frames with spacing equal to the spacing of the contact elements, and a device (38) integrating the bearing strips so that the strip framed contact elements have said spacing step. The invention is useful for making connectors for flat cables.</p> |
