Enriching drinking water with dissolved carbon dioxide and oxygen

Gas is pumped at a pressure of 1-3 atm. into a pressurized vessel holding drinking water at 2-6 deg C. The vessel is filled to a predefined level leaving a space for gas above the water. Gas rising from the water surface is collected and pumped back to the vessel base and released back into the water. The introduction of fresh gas and pumping action is repeated in proportion to the amount of drinking water drawn.
