The device has a number of sorption elements (3) with intermediate air channels. The sorption elements are formed as discs with cavities (7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4) combined into a stack with intermediate air channels. The discs are aligned so that each cavity lies partially in an adsorber/desorber region (4) and partially in an evaporator/condenser region (5).
