FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes new derivatives of benzo[f]quinoxalinedione of the formula (I) <EMI ID=0.160 HE=42 WI=42 TI=CHI> where values R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>-R are given in p. 1 of the invention claim. Compounds show the affinity to AMPA-receptors and can be used for treatment of patients with diseases of central nervous system.
