METHOD OF DIAGNOSTICS OF PURULENT INFLAMMATION

SUBSTANCE: indices of laser Doppler flowmetry are determined on skin surface or on surface of mucous membrane in different parts of body by means of apparatus "Laser analyzer of rate of surface capillary blood flow". Indices of capillary blood flow are taken at place of supposed inflammation and in symmetrical section of body or at distance of 15 cm from inflammation area. If difference in root-mean-square value of microcirculation parameter relative to symmetrical healthy section of body exceeds 1.6, and in asymmetry coefficient it is more than 0.20 acute purulent inflammation of tissues is diagnosed. If examined indices are less than the above-indicated values inflammatory infiltrate is diagnosed. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnostics. 2 ex, 1 tbl
