A combination clip-board and case which is adapted to protect the paper when not in use, including a clip-board on which a clip is located integral with a pivoting member having a pin at each end thereof, and a case having a sliding groove and a hollow portion on each side of the case so that the pins are rotatable in the hollow portions. The clip-board is optionally settable to working or storage state due to the pins being rotatable in the hollow portions. |
