<p>The sliding shutter casing (1) which is connected to a door or window frame (4) comprises a front (9), upper (10) and rear (12) walls and a sub face (11). The rear wall acts as an inspection hatch (13). The casing sub face can be fixed independently on the frame and has hook connections (19) for their reversible attachment. There are also indexing means which engage the frame to ensure the positioning of the sub face perpendicular to the frame plane.
