Invention relates to also a pharmaceutical composition showing an inhibitory effect on an enzymatic complex of hepatic glucose 6-phosphatase and containing at least one pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary substance and at least one an active substance based on the derivative of cyclohexane carboxylic acid. Composition has the compound of the general formula (I) as a derivative of cyclohexane carboxylic acid as a mixture of isomers or a separate isomer or its physiologically tolerant salt taken at the effective amount.
