FIELD: agricultural machine manufacture. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for design of device that ensures accurate local application of agricultural materials ( fertilizers, seeds and so on ) to soil. Proposed device for electronic program control over actuating mechanism of drive of agricultural machines has unit of sensors made in the form of sensors for switching off of actuating mechanism, for preparation for switching off of actuating mechanism, program sensor and sensor of position of preparation for switching on of actuating mechanism whose outputs are coupled to inputs of corresponding elements of converter. Output of first one of them is connected to additional input of second element. Device also incorporates electron unit manufactured in the form of three NAND gates, two D flip-flops and electron key. Outputs of second, third and fourth elements of converter are linked to inputs of proper NAND gates. Output of first one of them is connected to first setting inputs of both D flip-flops. Output of first D flip- flop is coupled to second setting input of second D flip-flop. Output of third NAND gate is connected to second setting input of first D flip-flop, output of second NAND gate is linked to third setting input of second D flip-flop which output is connected by means of electron key to input of actuating mechanism.
