FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: syringe body has tubular cylindrical neck with through hole for delivery of syringe content. Cover contains extended rod which has vacant end and cross-sectional area practically coincident with cross-sectional area of syringe neck through hole. First tubular cylindrical sealing ring of cover has internal diameter which coincides practically with external diameter of syringe neck. Second tubular cylindrical sealing ring of cover is positioned concentrically round the above-indicated first sealing ring. base disc perpendicular to longitudinal axis of syringe and sealing rings for vertical attachment of assembly are provided in cover. When closed, rod and first sealing ring are fitted tightly to internal and external surfaces of syringe neck, and vacant ends of sealing rings are fitted tightly to external surface of syringe.
