Preparation of organo-silicon compounds (I) containing vinylsilyl group(s) of the formula H2C=CH-Si involves reacting an organo-silicon compound (II) containing hydridosilyl group(s) of the formula H-Si with acetylene (C2H2) in a gas/liquid phase in the presence of addition catalyst(s) and recovering (I) from the reaction mixture. The process comprises: (a) bringing (II), excess C2H2 and an inert liquid phase into very intimate contact in a tubular reactor with injection nozzle in the presence of a catalyst; (b) separating (I) from the reaction mixture; and (c) recycling the excess C2H2. |
